Cedar Springs residents now have more payment options available to pay annual dues.

How much do I owe in 2024?

  • Linden Lane
  • Redbud Circle
  • Scarlet Oak Circle
  • Tupelo Drive
  • Silver Maple Trail numbers 1790–2080

$695 per lot

The double lot on Tupelo Drive is assessed $1,390.

If you live on…
  • Silver Maple Trail numbers 1530–1785
  • Any other street in Cedar Springs

$125 per lot

These numbers are intended as general guidance. The official amount due can be found on the invoice you received by mail. Please pay the entire amount; no partial payments.

When is my payment due?

  • March 1, 2024 (for 2024 assessment)
  • Payments made after March 1, 2024 are considered delinquent

How can I pay my dues?

Option 1: Mail a check.

Payable to Cedar Springs HOA.

Mail to Cedar Springs HOA, P.O. Box 781, North Liberty, IA 52317.

Option 2: Pay online.

We use online payment platform CheddarUp to accept online payments. You can pay by credit card or eCheck (a direct transfer from your bank account).

Option 2 includes a convenience fee.

    • $1.00 fee on $125 payment

Online Payment FAQs

Is the online payment option secure?

Yes. Cheddar Up is secure and PCI compliant. In addition, Cheddar Up never sees or stores any financial-related information (and accordingly, this information is never accessible to the HOA). Information is sent directly and securely to their payment partner, Stripe, which processes billions of dollars annually, using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

Do I have to create an account to pay online?

No. Cheddar Up is a friction-free payment system; anyone can pay without having to create an account or download an app. 

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. A receipt for your dues payment will be emailed to you.

Can I get a receipt if I mail a check?

Yes, you can request a receipt for a mailed check. Use the contact form below to reach out. 

I lost my invoice. Can I get another copy?

If you’ve misplaced the invoice (they are mailed annually shortly after the Annual Meeting), contact us to request a copy.
