Request a Dues Acknowledgement

Proof of dues paid or outstanding is available from the HOA board upon request. 

Timing

All requests should be made at least two weeks prior to closing using the contact form on this page.

Requirements

Your request must include:

• Lot number and address of the property
• Buyers name(s) and email address(es)
• Closing date

The acknowledgement showing either dues paid in full or the prorated amount due at closing will be emailed to the requesting Realtor.
