If you reside near these mailboxes, you have seen that they were taken off their concrete pad and are lying on the ground. A resident was travelling too fast on SMT for the slippery conditions and lost control of the vehicle, taking the mailboxes out. You should be able to retrieve any mail that is currently in them. We are working with the North Liberty and Coralville Post Offices to get them replaced as soon as possible. Please be patient with us, as it may take 7-10 days to get them replaced. You should contact the Post Office about holding your mail until these are fixed.
