The meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. and again be held via Zoom. Instructions for the Zoom meeting will be mailed in advance to all homeowners.

It is important that property owners take part in decisions affecting our neighborhood.
How to Attend
Registration is required. Our HOA bylaws state that each household can be represented by one vote. Only one registration per address is allowed.
- Please register early—no later than 5:00 PM January 24 (the night of the meeting). We may not be able to approve registrations after that time.
- One registration per household.
- Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the HOA as soon as possible so we can send you the link again.
Your attendance will be important in ensuring we have a quorum so the annual homeowner dues and the operating budgets for 2023 can be approved. The board will also present other brief reports and answer any questions you have. The annual election of board members will take place at the meeting.
